MIKUHOP EP

VOCALOID およびその他歌声合成ソフト（以下、VOCALOID と総称する）を用いたヒップホップ調の作品を表す言葉として、「ミックホップ（MIKUHOP）」というものがある。
この『MIKUHOP EP』は、そうした VOCALOID によるヒップホップミュージックを収録したものである。90s のメロウなヒップホップを彷彿とさせるもの、Jazz ネタによるブレイクビーツ、ラップの手法を追求したものなど、多彩で自由度の高さを感じさせる作品を中心に収録している。
VOCALOID とヒップホップという無限の可能性を感じさせるこの 2 つは一体どのようなものを創り出すのか。この『MIKUHOP EP』および今夏～秋リリース予定の『MIKUHOP LP』から、何かを感じ取って頂けたら幸いである。
